Summer 2010 Youth Tennis Opportunties
LESSONS
 Rate: $25/hour for one student; $35/hour total for two; $45/hour total for three (max 3 students) Rosalie has played tennis intensively since the late 1990s, and has had many hours of instruction from professionals locally and at world-class tennis facilities. Since 2006, she has coached junior tennis players of all levels as part of our Junior Team Tennis League. She worked as a Community Tennis Coordinator for the USTA in 2006-2007 and was trained in the Recreational Coaches Workshop(s) and Schools Tennis Program.  Rate: $30/hour Andy started playing tennis at age 16 and has been playing USTA tennis in tournaments and league play for 30 years. He has coached high school tennis since 1999, currently at Argonaut High School where this season the team had a 10-0 winning record. Rate: $40/hour Mark has been a player and tennis instructor for years, coaching local youth to huge improvements. He has an easygoing manner and excellent tennis technique and is popular with Amador tennis players of all ages!  Rate: $45/hour (private), $55/hour total for two. Kim is a longtime fixture on the Amador tennis scene, coaching high school players and teaching lessons. One of our strongest local players, Kim can frequently be seen on the courts playing blistering men’s singles. CAMPS & CLINICS July 10-11 & July 31-August 1, 9am to noon at Argonaut High School. Cost: $75/weekend (min. 4 players needed per camp) Brad is currently the Men's Tennis Coach at Sierra College in Rocklin and Assistant Tennis Director at Sierra View Country Club in Roseville. August 2-6 (Mon-Fri) from 10am to 3pm at Argonaut High Cost: $20/day (sign up for all or some days). Andy is coach of the undefeated Argonaut Mustang tennis team and will have some of his high school players helping with this camp which promises intensive training...and fun. Six week-long sessions in June & July at Murphys Public Courts & Bret Harte High School in Angels Camp. Cost is $90 per 5-day session. Each session is tailored to beginners or intermediate/advanced youth players. Teaching pros Jim Triolo, Carey Marmesh, Tom Reiter, Angella Woods provide drills, contests, instruction & fun.
